REIKI

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. During a Reiki session the therapist channels energy into the client by means of touch to activate the natural healing processes of the patients body and restore physical and emotional well-being. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and at times that energy may be become blocked, during a Reiki treatment the pure flow of energy is re-aligned within the body. It washes down, clearing obstructions and strengthening the flow.

A Reiki healing session calms the mind and stabilises the emotions.

As well as helping with deep rooted physical or emotional issues, Reiki is a wonderful method of relaxation and provides effective stress relief.
